The MERW-1100-LED is the widest member of the MERW cage series, offering a commanding 11¼" wide × 6½" deep format across five heights from 10" to 50". The steel housing and chassis support a UV-stabilized, high-impact-resistant DR acrylic diffuser, with ⅜" square extruded aluminum accent bars and rings available in eleven cage letter styles (A through K and custom X), four accent materials, and four placement styles. Top and bottom white acrylic lens caps are standard.
Standard 0–10V dimming is included, with optional TRIAC/ELV line-voltage dimming for broad compatibility. Select configurations are Energy Star listed. Optional ALC aluminum lens cover prevents up-light and down-light, and battery backup, photocell, all-aluminum construction, and J-Box with all-side knockouts round out the specification options.
